This is a permanent part-time role on a fixed roster of at least 10 hours per week or more to work with participants living independently in homes in Bateau Bay.
Our service operates from 7am to 8pm environment (no awake shifts). Opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to 76 hours a fortnight.
Working with participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you will positively engage people with various physical and mental health disabilities, contributing to making a meaningful difference by building their capacity with daily living, confidence in accessing the community and within themselves.
