What you’ll be doing in this role

Uniting is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to work at Uniting Tumut on a part time basis.

We want someone who thoroughly enjoys nursing, has excellent clinical skills, can provide engaged leadership and who has a passion for providing exceptional care.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• You’ll coordinate and deliver clinical care using a case management approach and comprehensive assessment processes
• You’ll use your great communication skills to collaborate with our clients, staff, multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies and client’s representatives to ensure we’re working together to achieve goals.
• You’ll contribute to a cohesive and harmonious team that respects each other’s ideas, integrity and abilities.

Who we’re looking for

• You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.
• You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
• You’ll be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
• You’ll hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
