We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Communities. This role is integral to the smooth running of the Director's office, providing high-level administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and coordinating daily activities. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships across Uniting and contributing to the efficiency of the leadership team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in executive-level administrative roles.
Proven experience supporting Directors and Boards in complex organisations.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
Experience in event coordination and managing leadership activities.
Ability to navigate organisational boundaries and foster relationships through influence.
