About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Human Resources Business Partner to support our Head of Operations. In this role, you will leverage data and analytics to drive programs and initiatives that attract, grow, and engage our workforce. You will play a crucial part working within a centre of excellence model in shaping our HR strategies to ensure we maintain a highly skilled, motivated, and engaged workforce, dedicated to providing exceptional care.

  • Ability to travel across Uniting's facilities within NSW
