This is a permanent part-time opportunity working a minimum of 20hours and up to full-time hours fortnightly across a 2-week rotating roster.
Uniting is seeking a dedicated and respectful Disability Support Worker to join our 10-person group home on the Central Coast. Working with participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you will positively engage people with various mental health disabilities, contributing to making a meaningful difference by building their capacity with daily living, confidence in accessing the community and within themselves.
Our service operates in a 24/7 environment, we are looking for flexible staff to join our committed team of 20 and can be available to work a rotating roster with differing shifts. Shifts will vary between 3 hours - 10 hours in duration.
With a mixture of - morning, evening including overnight & weekend shifts.
