We’re on the lookout for a passionate Recruitment Marketing Specialist to help us attract amazing people to our wide and varied teams.

Your Role:

• Engage and collaborate with leaders to craft recruitment marketing strategies on an area by area basis
• Partner with Service Managers in specific regions to design local area marketing plans
• Create case studies, design content and work with our in house studio team to create compelling content (video, photography )
• Dive into market trends to shape our approach.
• Design compelling campaigns and marketing materials.
• Assist with Uniting's careers page communications and content
• Boost our online presence using the latest digital tools.
• Analyse metrics to fine-tune our strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage resources to achieve the best ROI.
• Forge relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
• Work with internal teams to enhance our recruitment practices.
• Occasional regional travel may be required

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years in marketing, with a knack for recruitment, brand enhancement
• Confidence and experience working with internal studio and external agencies
• Able to work in sprints to help local areas within NSW and ACT
• Excellent communication, creativity, and a strategic mindset.
• Solid experience creating and running marketing campaigns
• A background in brand marketing/agency/media would be great
• Self starter, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for making a difference.

Experience using PageUp, AEM, PowerBI, and  SharePoint advantageous
