Based in Dubbo, NSW, this permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to drive positive change as we deliver our 10-year strategy to grow our impact and disrupt entrenched disadvantage.
As a pivotal member of our senior leadership team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of contracted outcomes, while championing a culture of excellence and quality. Your role will involve overseeing program operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting, all with a focus on meeting funding requirements and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

As the ideal candidate, you'll hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess proven financial and program management skills.
Your ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, coupled with your cultural sensitivity, will be essential in driving meaningful change.
Additionally, your experience in establishing strategic partnerships and engaging with external stakeholders will be invaluable in supporting our ongoing efforts to deliver culturally appropriate services, particularly for First Nations people.
