Join our dynamic Organisational Enablement Team and play a pivotal role in driving transformation across Uniting! This fixed-term opportunity allows you to contribute to impactful talent management initiatives as part of large-scale transformation programs, all while enjoying a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days from home after settling in period).

About the Role

Reporting to the Organisational Enablement Lead, you will support the design and implementation of key organisational enablement programs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across NSW/ACT, leveraging best practices, and using data-driven insights to shape Uniting’s people and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational enablement programs, focusing on skills mapping and performance management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions aligned with Uniting’s strategy and people plan.
  • Design and deploy processes and tools to measure capability and talent.
  • Use evidence-based research and emerging technologies to inform program design.
  • Analyse data to evaluate the impact of organisational enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication to support programs and initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Learning & Development, or Communication).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in learning and development, human resources, or organisational development.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Parramatta Marsden Street office and travel to other Uniting offices across NSW/ACT as needed.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience working in an Organisational Development team.
  • Experience designing and implementing capability or skills frameworks.
