Join our dynamic Organisational Enablement Team and play a pivotal role in driving transformation across Uniting! This fixed-term opportunity allows you to contribute to impactful talent management initiatives as part of large-scale transformation programs, all while enjoying a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days from home after settling in period).
Reporting to the Organisational Enablement Lead, you will support the design and implementation of key organisational enablement programs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across NSW/ACT, leveraging best practices, and using data-driven insights to shape Uniting’s people and culture initiatives.
