This is a full-time permanent opportunity with the flexibility to work both onsite at North Parramatta and work from home (WFH).
Uniting is seeking an Outcome Manager to support the Specialist Homelessness Services team in driving cultural and capability changes for holistic outcomes measurement across allocated services.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance outcomes measurement, gathering feedback to create action plans, delivering workshops to consumers, staff, and partner organisations, and supporting continuous service improvement based on data.
