About the Opportunity
- Location: North Parramatta, NSW
- Hours: 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday flexible time between 8am to 5pm.
- Salary: SCHADS 4 from $85,126.08 to $91,587.60 per year (depending on experience) plus salary packaging up to $18,550 plus Super
- Travel: Willingness to visit sites within Parramatta LGA using the company vehicle if needed.
Uniting is seeking an Outcomes Manager to support the Specialist Homelessness Services team in driving cultural and capability changes for holistic outcomes measurement across allocated services.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance outcomes measurement, gathering feedback to create action plans, delivering workshops to consumers, staff, and partner organisations, and supporting continuous service improvement based on data.
What you need to succeed
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher tertiary qualifications in disability / community services / social sciences / allied health and equivalent knowledge / experience.
Experience:
- This role will require 2 or more years’ of experience in your field of expertise.
- Proven experience in providing research/evaluation, data analysis and report writing guidance to other team member.
- Prior experience in program evaluation and/or outcomes and impact measurement.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate research/evaluation/statistical findings to non-researchers.
- Experience in facilitating focus groups, workshops and/or research interviews either in person or remotely via phone, video conference, online platform.
- Intermediate statistical level and experience using statistical packages to analyse large datasets.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and client database systems, and excellent report writing, time management and record-keeping skills.

- Current driver's licence
- NSW Working with Children Check (Service NSW)
- National Criminal Record Check
