Uniting’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Services provide free and confidential integrated services for adults experiencing mental health concerns, as well as their families and carers. We aim to establish partnerships across sectors and bring together existing community services to an accessible and engaging community space to develop an integrated service hub of co-located help and support. Our programs use consumer-driven recovery models to work together with consumers to address their mental health needs.
Due to high demand, Uniting are looking for an experienced, dedicated Psychiatrist to work collaboratively with a range of Mental Health Clinicians across our services to promote comprehensive evidence-based psychiatric care.
The role offers flexibility and will be based across multiple locations across Western Sydney.
You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment and diagnosis including taking medical history, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and developing individualised treatment plans. You will maintain detailed and accurate records, ensuring compliance within the relevant legislative and professional standards.
