•  Identify opportunities to enhance processes, presenting pros, cons, and risks to guide decision-making.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in complex programs, with a special focus on HR transformations.
• A true team player with an agile mindset – flexible, pragmatic, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex information.
• Excellent at managing relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
