Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day service operations of our Wesley Heights facility which is our 96-bed service located in Manly
- Adopting a person-centred approach, you will provide guidance, ongoing development and regular feedback to ensure performance expectations are fulfilled
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and the ACFI submission process to formulate initiatives to ensure future sustainability
Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant experience in a commercially focused environment
- Be able to communicate the value of using data to highlight success and identify improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
