Uniting NSW.ACT is looking for an experienced 'Talent Resourcer' to join our fast paced, lively, and highly supportive team. In this role, you'll make a big impact sourcing Registered Nurses from Australia and New Zealand. If you're great at sourcing top-tier talent, have strong communication skills, work at a fast pace, and love what you do, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for open positions, with a focus on Registered Nurses within the Allied Health sector.
- Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to gauge candidate suitability, working closely with stakeholders to drive suitable candidates through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide recommendations on sourcing tactics and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and complete relevant process and administrative steps as required.
- Build relationships with industry professionals and attend relevant events to expand sourcing networks.
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and innovative sourcing techniques to continually improve recruitment efforts.
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Resourcing, with specific experience in Allied Health recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of sourcing top talent.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (we use PageUp) and other recruitment software.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
