Are you passionate about leading a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire and guide a team providing high-quality therapeutic and case management support? We are seeking an experienced and committed Team Leader to join the Continuing Care Team (CCT) at headspace Early Psychosis. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring young people receive the support they need on their recovery journey.
This is a full-time opportunity, working five days per week, based on-site at headspace Canberra with some flexibility to work from home. You will manage a team of up to six direct reports, providing strong leadership and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of care by a team of clinicians who provide therapeutic interventions, coordinate care, and connect young people with external services to support their recovery goals. You will guide the team in working collaboratively with young people to develop tailored treatment plans and maintain a high standard of care. By conducting regular reviews and fostering a culture of excellence, you will ensure the team delivers effective, person-centred support that adapts to the evolving needs of each young person.

headspace Early Psychosis is a youth mental health service offering free and confidential support for young people and their families who are experiencing an early episode of psychosis or are at risk of developing psychosis.
Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline, and provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body.

Qualifications in leadership and/or management.
