About You:

Reporting to the Allied Heath Manager, the Occupational Therapist provides services, information and education to customers to assist in their day-to-day living and overall health, wellbeing and re-ablement to assist them to continue to live a fulfilling and productive life in their own homes and the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored clinical services within Occupational Therapy.
  • Opportunity to conduct a variety of group services
  • Implement evidence-based practices for an improved quality of life.
  • Conduct home safety assessments and prescribe modifications for customer independence.

  • Deliver services with excellence, commitment to advocacy, and social justice.
  • Engage in a mentoring pathway for skill development and continuous learning.
  • Foster positive partnerships across the organisation.
