About the Position

The Client Engagement Manager is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and the community. This role is essential in understanding and responding to client needs, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the continual growth and positive reputation of our organisation.

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery and expanding our client base. Your expertise in relationship management and community engagement will be key in maintaining our company's high standards and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and tailor services to meet these needs effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact and manage individual client relationships.

Community Engagement:

  • Represent the company in community events, enhancing our community presence.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to support brand growth.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and services that meet client needs.

Business Development:

  • Lead initiatives to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with client needs.
  • Represent the organisation at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Foster positive relationships with community groups and stakeholders.
  • Increase the organisation's visibility and reputation within the community.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Guide and support the client engagement team towards achieving set goals.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of client engagement professionals.
  • Set clear team goals and performance metrics.
  • Off-boarding of exiting staff
  • Managing work cover claims

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Engagement Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams within NDIS framework
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
