The Student Support & Wellbeing Reception Officer provides reception and administrative support for the Student Wellbeing and Academic Support Services including the service’s welfare, mental health, disability support, learning skills support and student hub functions.
This role supports the day-to-day operations of Student Wellbeing and Academic Support Services by providing high quality and efficient administration of the services online and communications presence, casual staff recruitment, procurement, reception duties and administration of the student hub/s.
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, knowledge of assistive technologies supporting accessible education, and familiarity with Australian disability legislation. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, office coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with strong cultural sensitivity, and a customer-focused mindset. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while maintaining confidentiality in fast-paced environments, is essential.
