UMFC currently has an opportunity for an Assistant Team Leader to join our team in a full-time capacity.
This role is pivotal in supervising and supporting frontline practitioners who deliver vital services aimed at strengthening families and safeguarding the healthy development of children. The successful candidate will take the lead in case management, ensuring compliance with quality and legal standards, and driving the growth of programs and team performance.
Under the guidance of the Family Services Senior Team Leader, the Assistant Team Leader will work closely to provide ongoing support and supervision to the team while managing the day-to-day operations of the program. This includes ensuring timely and effective service delivery, providing staff coordination and support, fostering strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring full compliance with legal and quality standards.
