Join UMFC as a Client Experience Officer for our HRCLS Team in a full-time capacity under a fixed-term contract, with the potential for an ongoing role. In this role, you will work in a supportive environment where self-care and professional development are valued. Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing efficient and courteous assistance to clients, service providers, contractors, and visitors, acting as the first point of contact both by phone and in person. You will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a service culture that aligns with the organisation's core values.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, service providers, contractors, and visitors.
  • Managing the telephone system and front-of-house communications.
  • Scheduling legal advice appointments as needed.
  • Supporting service delivery operations by maintaining the central program calendar, managing supplies, and coordinating fleet and room bookings.
  • Handling email management, maintaining filing systems, and transcribing documents when required.
  • Promoting and upholding a service culture that reflects UMFC's core values of integrity, empathy, advocacy, and collaboration.

Your Experience

  • Qualifications in Administration or experience in a legal firm, community organisation and/or client services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, including clients with complex needs and possess strong written and oral skills.
  • Ability to empathise with and support ‘at risk' service users, including those affected by trauma or poor mental health.
  • Ability to understand and respond to varied client needs, ensuring satisfaction.
  • High accuracy, particularly in case management forms and data entry systems.
  • Ability to collaborate and embody UMFC values in practice.
