We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Coordinator, Advancement (Leadership Annual Giving), Global and Institutional Philanthropy based within the Global and Institutional Philanthropy team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a Leadership Annual Giving (LAG) program to grow the number of donors who give $1,000 to $10,000 annually. You will be involved in partnering with faculties and institutes, and key stakeholders to gather data, to maintain relationships with a large group of donors through targeted cultivation strategies, and to monitor and evaluate the program to ensure its success. In addition to analytical skills, you will require creative thinking and the ability to build relationships with new donors. Under the supervision of, and with guidance from the Senior Manager and Head of Advancement (Student Experience) you will implement, coordinate and review the emerging LAG program at UQ.
