About the Role:

As the HR Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our human resources function, ensuring the effective management and development of our workforce. You will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
• Oversee compliance with NDIS, DCP, DHS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive performance management, staff wellbeing initiatives, and conflict resolution.
• Support workforce planning and generate insightful HR reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of the disability sector and NDIS regulations.
• Experience in compliance management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace.

Essential Requirements:

• Current South Australian Driver’s License.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
