We are recruiting Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Indigenous Health (Nursing) (Identified) to lead and contribute to teaching, learning, research, and curriculum development in Indigenous health within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. The role actively supports the UTS Indigenous Education and Research Strategy by integrating Indigenous perspectives into nursing education, fostering collaboration within the Faculty of Health, and engaging with industry and community stakeholders to promote the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and Indigenous peoples internationally.
As a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer, you are expected to contribute to the strategic goals of the School, Faculty, and UTS through innovative teaching and learning strategies, impactful research, and meaningful engagement and partnerships. You will demonstrate advanced knowledge in Indigenous health education and bring experience in delivering high-quality teaching in various modalities. A PhD or Masters in nursing or a related discipline and current APHRA registration as a nurse or nurse/midwife are essential qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $123,389 to $146,038pa (Level B) / $149,995 to $172,257pa (Level C)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 3 years.
