The Institute for Sustainable Futures (ISF), is seeking to recruit an Operations Officer (Focus on HR activities), to join their People and Place team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Institute for Sustainable Futures (ISF) undertakes game-changing sustainability research at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). The Operations Officer (Focus on HR activities), is a new role within our small ISF People and Place team. The role provides first level people support at the institute and contributes to the development and implementation of ISF’s people strategy, including its wellbeing and capability development initiatives and other strategic people projects each year.
This role is key to the delivery of a high quality employee experience throughout each staff member’s career at ISF and is responsible for managing and improving aspects of the people processes that contribute to a great workplace culture and engaged workforce. This position plays an active role in ISF’s high quality recruitment and induction processes, and coordinates the workplanning and performance review cycles that support staff in excelling and developing professionally. This role also ensures the ISF office space and its infrastructure contributes to a positive work environment and is effectively maintained and meets Health and Safety standards.

Base Salary Range: $78,667 to $89,995 pa (HEW 5)
