About the role

The Working Group Coordinator and Researcher will provide research and secretariat support to a group of Indigenous experts contributing to the design of a new longitudinal study on domestic violence.

This part-time role (3-4 days per week) role plays a key part in project coordination, research, and administrative support within the Domestic and Family Violence Impacts (DFVI) team at the UTS Business School.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Indigenous Data Sovereignty principles and/or domestic violence issues
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse information and provide insights
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse team to advance a project

Remuneration & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $105,814 to $117,057 pa (HEW 7) pro rata

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This is a part-time (0.6-0.8 FTE) fixed-term position until December 2025. A secondment arrangement may also be considered for eligible internal applicants.
