Cire Services is seeking a Coordinator at its Badger Creek Outside of School Hours Care.

A Day in the Life of our OSHC Coordinator

Developing engaging and supportive programs for the children in the service will require your creativity and enthusiasm, as you coordinate before and/or after school programs and vacation care. These programs will be innovative, culturally appropriate and responsive to individual needs.

Leading a team of Educators, you will ensure observations are completed and full compliance of the service is maintained. Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children and their families will be crucial, and you'll work closely with families in relation to the care, welfare and development of their children.

Who Are You?

You will hold relevant qualifications and ideally a Diploma in Early Childhood and Care. Your previous experience as a room leader or coordinator means you can influence, guide and support a team effectively. Most importantly though, you have a passion for educating and creating positive experiences for children.

You are empathetic, compassionate and respectful. Communicating clearly and effectively will be particular skills you possess.

You understand Child Safe frameworks and regulations, hold a valid Working with Children Check and are willing to undertake a National Police Check. Access to your own vehicle and current drivers licence is required, as you may need to work at Cire sites across the beautiful Yarra Ranges.
