Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia, employing more than 800 employees and delivering more than 70 programs across Victoria. As a vital member of VACCA's Family Services team, the Case Manager supports Aboriginal individuals and their families referred to our program. Working within a skilled and diverse multidisciplinary team, the role involves collaborating with parents, family units, and stakeholders to provide integrated family support services.
The Case Manager empowers families through culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring their active involvement in decision-making for self-determination.
