  • Salary:  $73,795 - $79,135 based on level of experience, plus super
  • This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander-designated position

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. About the role

The Cultural Facilitator Support role brings training to life by co-facilitating impactful sessions across VACCA and the broader services sector. You'll collaborate with an experienced facilitator, contributing to the preparation and dynamic delivery of culturally informed training.

About You

Aligned with VACCA’s vision and values, the Cultural Facilitator Support role amplifies the Aboriginal voice through dynamic training delivery. The role includes co-facilitating sessions, managing tech and participant engagement, updating resources, supporting projects, and contributing to team initiatives, ensuring seamless operations and impactful learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent or willingness to undertake
  • Some experience delivering training packaging utilising technology will be highly regarded
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
