We're seeking an OHS Advisor to lead safety initiatives across VACCA. In this role, you'll provide expert OHS support, drive risk prevention programs, manage incident investigations, and oversee return-to-work efforts. You'll also handle WorkCover and TAC claims while building strong relationships to promote staff well-being and injury prevention. Join us and help create a safer workplace for all.
We are seeking a dedicated OHS Advisor with a deep commitment to VACCA's vision and values. You will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal societies and cultures and an awareness of the challenges facing Aboriginal communities. With proven experience in OHS advice, return-to-work programs, claims management, and staff welfare support, you will bring a solid knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key, as you will be expected to influence decisions in a culturally appropriate manner while handling sensitive issues with discretion. Your organisational skills, initiative, and commitment to high-quality service will ensure effective reporting and data management.
