The Family Violence Program Manager oversees the Therapeutic Family Violence, Adolescents Using Violence in the Home programs, and the Family Violence Case Management team.
Working closely with VACCA leadership and the broader Family Violence team, the role ensures culturally safe, high-quality support for Aboriginal individuals and families experiencing family violence. The Program Manager also fosters strong partnerships with Aboriginal and mainstream services, communities, and internal VACCA programs.
Providing strategic leadership, the role supports staff development, promotes collaboration across services, and ensures effective, inclusive responses in family violence, child and family services, and perpetrator interventions.
The Family Violence Program Manager oversees key programs and case management, ensuring culturally safe, high-quality support for Aboriginal individuals and families. Working with VACCA leadership and partners, the role strengthens services through collaboration, staff development, and inclusive, effective responses to family violence.
