The Business Development & Service Implementation (BDSI) team is responsible for researching and developing grant submissions, tenders, and business cases, as well as supporting the successful implementation of funded programs and projects. Working across all VACCA programs and regions, BDSI collaborates with staff to design culturally responsive initiatives for Aboriginal children, families, and young people.
The Senior Manager will lead the team, establishing robust systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role also focuses on fostering strong internal and external engagement while overseeing the supervision and management of up to six Project Officers.
The Senior Manager will lead the Business Development & Service Implementation team in alignment with VACCA’s strategic objectives. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating team activities, and developing processes to enhance efficiency. Working closely with the Executive Manager and senior leaders, the position oversees high-level written materials, including submissions, budgets, and reports. Responsibilities also include data analysis, program resource development, research, and innovation. The Senior Manager will represent VACCA in high-level meetings, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to Projects & Innovation team initiatives and training.
