The role of Lakidjeka ACSASS Team Leader will play a key role supporting the program staff in working with Aboriginal children and families, Government, and sector partners to reduce the over representation of Aboriginal children and to strive for better outcomes for children and families.
Develop and maintain strong partnership arrangements with Child Protection In addition, support will be provided to the Care Services management team and staff as required. The position is also part of the Lakidjeka ACSASS team and will provide support to that unit as required, including providing coverage during times of staff leave. Manage the day-to-day operations of locally/regional based ACSASS team including the direct supervision and support of staff
