The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to Aboriginal children and young people aged 10 years to 21 years and those who are at risk of offending or reoffending and those currently involved with Youth Justice.
The role includes a combination of community development, care co-ordination, youth engagement, support, supervision, mentoring, and connection of at risk young Aboriginal people to existing Aboriginal and other community support services.
