Veritable is seeking an experienced social worker to join our dynamic team and expand the supports provided to people with disabilities in Central Australia. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop individualised supports that improve the quality of life of people with disabilities.

Our team of social workers are: committed to excellence, comfortable working independently, reflective, positive and adaptable.

The majority of work is specialist behaviour support, and the provision of highly individualised coordination services for participants on the NDIS with complex needs. A broad range of generalist social work interventions may also be provided, depending on referrals and the expertise of practitioners. This includes;

• Counselling
• Psycho-social assessments
• Reports
• Individualised plans to meet the participant's individual needs.

Social work practice frameworks align strongly with the values underpinning specialist behaviour support and coordination.
