Expression Australia is undergoing significant change with the rollout of a new Salesforce based CRM to support NDIS requirements and centralise customer information across the organisation.
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the CRM Project team, frontline staff, service managers, and subject matter experts to identify and develop functional system improvements and integrate newly acquired business areas. This role is effectively part-Salesforce administrator and part-systems analyst. The Salesforce Administrator aspect will be providing day-today configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The systems analyst aspect will be working with users of the CRM and Expression Australia’s other IT systems to ensure effective configuration, support, security, and integration for those systems.
