Role Overview:

Expression Australia is undergoing significant change with the rollout of a new Salesforce based CRM to support NDIS requirements and centralise customer information across the organisation.

The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the CRM Project team, frontline staff, service managers, and subject matter experts to identify and develop functional system improvements and integrate newly acquired business areas. This role is effectively part-Salesforce administrator and part-systems analyst. The Salesforce Administrator aspect will be providing day-today configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The systems analyst aspect will be working with users of the CRM and Expression Australia’s other IT systems to ensure effective configuration, support, security, and integration for those systems.

Role Focus:

  • Work with users of the CRM and other IT Systems to ensure effective use of those systems
  • Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Support Salesforce Super-Users in training users, handle all administrative functions
  • Manage user profile and permissions, third party plugins and integrations

Skills Essential:

  • Significant experience with Salesforce Lightning, ideally within the not-for-profit sector
  • Experience in producing technical and non-technical requirements documentation for various stakeholder audiences, including business and system process mapping, use cases and test cases.
  • Experience facilitating user acceptance testing (including planning, preparation, execution and results analysis)
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service to support and service stakeholder needs in a timely manner.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Auslan and the Deaf Community will be highly regarded

  • Salesforce expert with the ability to support users, develop applications and troubleshoot.
  • A proven professional who is committed immersing themselves in truly a bilingual and bicultural organisation
  • Interested in developing Auslan skills, or already has Auslan skills
