About the role:

The Coordinator, Risk, Compliance and Procurement, supports the Lead, Risk Management with the coordination of risk management practice; compliance management framework; and procurement, contract and grant-making policies and procedures.

This exciting part-time, ongoing opportunity works as part of the Planning & Business Improvement team and has a close working relationship across the broader organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, review and improvement of risk management practices including framework, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate maintenance of risk management software and regular reporting
  • Contribute to the review and development of procurement, contract and grant-making policies and procedures
  • Provide technical business systems support to tender/procurement activities
  • Support the review and improvement of reporting processes

About you:

We’re looking for someone who has strong administration, communication and time management skills. If you’re confident using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office, you will thrive in this role.

  • Unit: Planning & Business Improvement
  • Tenure: Part-time (0.5 FTE), ongoing
  • Classification: VicHealth Grade B

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant vocational or tertiary qualification in business administration
  • At least 1 years’ experience in compliance management and business administrative duties
  • Experience working with an organisation providing grants and procurement activities
  • Experience with a Risk Wizard or an established Risk and Compliance Management system
  • Experience with Salesforce or an established CRM system (preferred)
  • Experience working in a government organisation (advantageous)
