Its seven levels houses important community organisations and commercial tenants and features common facilities including a Theatrette / multipurpose space, food & beverage offerings, meeting rooms, co-working space, gallery, and a rooftop terrace for events.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Facilities Manager with high level interpersonal skills to ensure that the Victorian Pride Centre offers state of the art facilities, delivering safe and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Reporting to the CEO, the Facilities Manager will oversee the management of the building and grounds maintenance, operate and maintain custodial functions, and ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented and the organisation is compliant. They will operate with a high level of autonomy and display initiative, sound judgement, and reliable leadership and management in carrying out the requirements of the position.

This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE), predominantly based at the Victorian Pride Centre, 79-81 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda.
