The Victorian Pride Centre is the first purpose-built hub for Australia's LGBTIQ+ communities. We are home to important resident organisations, engaging cultural programs, vital health services, and inspiring social spaces.
Our Purpose is to connect, support, and amplify LGBTIQ+ voices, resources, services, and groups so that our communities are cohesive, resilient and thrive.
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Volunteer Coordinator to support and empower our volunteers.
Reporting to the CEO, the Volunteer Coordinator will lead all aspects of the Pride Centre’s volunteer program with confidence and compassion. They will manage the induction, training, supervision and administration of volunteers, while recognising the unique skills and life experience each individual brings to the program.
This is a part time role (0.8 FTE), based at the Victorian Pride Centre, 79-81 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda.
The Pride Centre strives to reflect all intersections of the LGBTIQ+ community.
