You will lead teams delivering impactful programs and services that make Victoria University a welcoming, inclusive and fair place for all. The Senior Manager, Student Equity and Advocacy will drive collaboration across all areas of university life to improve experiences for students in terms of accessibility, cultural inclusion, LGBTQIA+ inclusion and for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will foster excellence, leading advocacy, accessibility and equity teams, programs and services.
This is a continuing, full-time (36.75 hours per week) position at a HEW 9 classification, $128,446 - $133,636 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation.
