About the Opportunity

As our Exercise Physiologist, you will plan, develop, deliver and evaluate individual or group specialised services in consultation with clients, as per their needs identified throughout the assessment process. In this role you will also:

• In consultation with clients and their families/carers, identify SMARTA goals using person-centred principles.
• Provide appropriate and effective management strategies and programs to clients and their families who receive services from Vision Australia.
• Provide both individual and group exercise physiology intervention programs to achieve maximum independence and participation in activities important to the client.

About You

As part of the Client Services team, you will have a recognised qualification in Exercise Physiology. In addition, being Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) accredited is encouraged. You will also have:

• Previous experience providing exercise physiology services for children, adults and older adults with a variety of special needs.
• Be able to plan, implement and evaluate programs.
• Run effective individual and group programs.
