Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Coordinator to join our Community Legal Centre program team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with VLA and Community Legal Centres (CLCs) as we improve service data and reporting practices and contribute to upcoming national strategies and frameworks for legal sector data and outcomes.
As a member of the small and collaborative CLC program team at VLA, you will support all CLCs funded through the Community Legal Services Program (CLSP) with their annual planning and reporting, and regular service data collection and reports; ensuring the CLSP reporting is streamlined, accurate and useful for accountability and for improving services and access to justice for Victorian communities.
You will be responsible for maintaining and analysing data sets on community legal service delivery across multiple organisations and funding streams, ensuring CLC data is securely managed and shared, and preparing aggregate reports on CLC services for a wide range of stakeholders, including CLCs, VLA, and government.
In this position you will play a key role in identifying and implementing improvements to data and reporting in collaboration with CLCs, peak bodies and government, and contribute on behalf of VLA to legal assistance sector initiatives and working groups relating to data and outcomes-based practice.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country or options to be based at another VLA regional office can be considered.
