About the role:

The Digital Legal Aid team are seeking a Service Designer who is passionate about understanding clients and end users’ experiences and creating human-centred service enhancements. You will drive discovery processes and engage with key stakeholders in the design of services and create prototypes while working towards solution design and delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Designer to be part of transformational change and to contribute to improving service delivery in an organisation dedicated to servicing the community.

About you:

You will bring skills and experience in end-to-end strategic service design using a variety of design and prototyping methods and an ability to translate business objectives into service design outcomes, and recommendations for change. Your insight and expertise regarding user needs and behaviour across various channels and your technical knowledge and strategic skills will see you enjoy and succeed in this role.

Crucial to your success in this role will be your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

To be eligible to apply for this role you must hold a tertiary qualification in design or a related field.
