About the role

Corpus Christi Community Greenvale (CCCG) is an outreach service of the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne, for homeless men. CCCG work to ensure the best outcome and quality of life for all men at CCCG.

In this position as the Service Manager, your role will be to oversee the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care to maximise choice and quality of life for each resident. You will lead and manage the care provided, develop clear team goals and provide effective direction to CCCG staff and volunteers, enhancing outcomes for residents.

In addition, you will ensure operational activities are conducted to the highest of standards, meeting compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and authorities and establish strong relationships with the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne, Villa Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH) and other interested parties including the Society of Jesus and Sisters of Mercy, local community and health professionals.

About you

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 3 years minimum experience in a senior management role
• Experience working in aged care, homelessness, drug and alcohol or with vulnerable and marginalised people
• Knowledge of aged care funding and quality accreditation systems
• Strong leadership experience with well-developed management skills
• Communication, relationship and customer building skills
• Current Drivers Licence
