As the Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of providing holistic, quality support and advocacy for Aboriginal women and their children.

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating care and guiding a passionate team to ensure the successful rehabilitation of clients within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework.

From assessing client needs to creating personalised treatment plans and facilitating clinical decisions, you'll help empower women to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with heart – Guide and support the case management team and clinical staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Create tailored support plans – Develop individualised treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Provide essential resources – Coordinate access to resources that support the wellbeing and recovery of Aboriginal women and children
• Advocate for women’s needs – Be the voice that champions the rights and needs of Aboriginal women in the rehabilitation process
• Support the Program Manager – Work closely with the Program Manager to make the magic happen!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in leadership – Previous experience in managing teams and coordinating care, ideally within an AOD or similar program
• Cultural competency – A strong understanding of and respect for Aboriginal cultures, values, and practices
• Compassion & dedication – A genuine passion for supporting women through their recovery journey with a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach
• Team spirit – Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and community partners
• Problem-solving ability – The capacity to think critically and make clinical decisions that benefit clients.
