We deliver funded services and programs across the Southern Melbourne Area including the local government areas of Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Casey and Cardinia.
As a social landlord of community housing, wayss provides a range of accommodation options for people who are at risk of homelessness or family violence.
wayss is committed to the principles of the Housing First model. We believe safe and permanent housing is the first priority for people experiencing homelessness and that tenants should be supported to sustain their housing and develop the skills of successful tenancy.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Property Services, the Housing Services Worker manages an allocated portfolio of properties and tenancies. The role works directly with renters (and often in collaboration with the renters support provider) to support them to access and maintain safe, secure and affordable housing. The duties include:
