Essential Criteria
- Identifies and is accepted as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person within the local community
- Experience working with Aboriginal women and children in a culturally sensitive way
- Understanding the drivers and gendered nature of violence against women
- Proven experience/ ability to deliver specialist domestic and family violence case management providing direct support, assistance and advocacy for women and children
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other services, and government agencies
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Flexibility to work between 7am to 8pm
- Availability to participate on an on-call roster
- Current NSW drivers’ licence
