In this full-time role as Cleanable Manager, you will be responsible growing a social enterprise cleaning business that unlocks the capability in people with barriers to employment and offers them a pathway to secure employment while delivering cleaning and other services to clients. We are currently going through a transformation of systems and processes as we have recently identified that a lot of time was spent on administrative tasks, and we need you to help us transform.
You will report directly to the Group Manager Community and Commercial Services alongside other leaders from WCIG’s community services. Cleanable workforce is a 70 people organisation, predominantly casuals and part-timers, who you will lead through 3 direct report Supervisors. Our people require compassionate, empathetic and visible leadership.

As a certified social enterprise, Cleanable is a cleaning business with a difference.
