LoveLuvo is a retail social enterprise, which stocks a vast range of locally sourced, fair-trade, and eco-friendly home and body products. LoveLuvo was formed by Westgate Community Initiatives Group Ltd. (WCIG) in 2011 to provide meaningful paid employment opportunities to people who experience barriers to finding a job, enabling them to build their skills and confidence in a supportive work environment.

The result of this speaks for itself: due to ongoing growth, we have a new opportunity for you to join our team in Seddon on a permanent part-time basis working 10 hours per week. We are flexible on the days and times you work.

Reporting to the LoveLuvo Manager in this newly created role, you will be integral in implementing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase the revenue of LoveLuvo both in store and online, as well as delivering key marketing activities in a timely manner. You must be proactive in offering ideas and suggestions for both internal and external marketing initiatives. Main Duties:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, including creating and publishing appealing content for social media and digital platform communication activities in adherence with brand guidelines
  • Ensuring ongoing SEO of external content, tracking key growth metrics and understanding current market competition and conditions
  • Managing online marketing activity relating to traffic acquisition, sales and conversions to help track engagement and follower growth, and monitor effectiveness of campaigns
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on social media and digital marketing performance metrics, as well as providing recommendations for improvement based on current trends and customer preferences
  • Overseeing the updates and maintenance of the LoveLuvo website
  • Responding to customer enquiries and engaging with our online community via social media

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline with demonstrated experience in a similar role with proven business growth is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Commerce and Analytics, Woo Commerce and social media platforms are essential
  • Understanding of SEO, online traffic metrics, Google and Instagram Ads and social media KPIs is required
  • High level writing, editing and proofreading skills is essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing platforms and analytic tools, with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimise performance
  • Highly organised and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, as you will be working on multiple projects at any given time
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
    Adaptable problem solver, who thinks outside the box
  • Design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Canva or similar would be a bonus
