Wellways is currently transitioning its Return-to-Work Coordination model from outsourcing to an in-house approach and is actively seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join the team.
This pivotal role involves providing expert guidance on injury management and workers compensation claims, building effective relationships with various stakeholders, and contributing to a sustainable health and safety culture. The advisor will focus on prevention and early intervention strategies, utilising their knowledge of current legislation and emphasising proactive support for injured employees.
The position is offered as Full Time or Part Time (0.8FTE) with flexible working arrangements considered, and applicants should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of relevant regulations, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
